These simple terms cover how Vespera Ritual works and what to expect from Vespera Premium.
The service
Vespera Ritual provides daily astrology-themed guidance, affirmations, compatibility readings, and guided breathing exercises. All content is generated on your device from an editorial content library.
For reflection, not advice
Astrology content, compatibility scores, and affirmations are provided for reflection and entertainment only. They are not medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice, and no outcome is predicted or guaranteed. Breathing exercises are gentle relaxation practices; stop if you feel unwell and consult a professional for any health concern.
Vespera Premium
Premium unlocks all breathing rhythms and expanded readings. Two plans are offered — monthly and yearly — each starting with a 7-day free trial. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and can be managed in your App Store account settings. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
Acceptable use
You may use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reverse-engineer, resell, or misrepresent the app or its content.
Intellectual property
The app, its design, and its content library are the property of the developer. Sharing individual quotes through the built-in share feature is welcome and encouraged.
No warranty; limitation of liability
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any damages arising from use of the app.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
