Vespera Ritual is designed so that your data never leaves your device. This policy explains exactly what that means, in plain language.
What we collect
Nothing. Vespera Ritual has no user accounts, no analytics, no advertising, and no server of its own. We do not collect, transmit, sell, or share any personal data.
What stays on your device
Everything you enter — your name, birth date and time, optional profile photo, mood check-ins, favorites, and saved partners — is stored locally on your iPhone using Apple's on-device database. Deleting the app, or using Profile → Danger zone → Reset data, permanently removes it.
Subscriptions
Vespera Premium purchases are processed entirely by Apple through your Apple ID. We never see your payment details. You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your App Store account settings.
Notifications
If you enable evening reminders, notifications are scheduled locally on your device. No notification data is sent anywhere.
Children
The app does not knowingly collect data from anyone, including children, because it collects no data at all.
Changes to this policy
If a future version ever changes any of the above — for example, optional cloud sync — this policy will be updated first, and the change will be clearly announced in the app.
